- Identify the Medicine You Need
Check your prescriptions and make a list of the medicines you need. You will want to understand your costs. ie your copay. Ensure that the medicines are available in India and check for any alternatives if needed. Some medicines are not available from India yet. Many are, you need will to ask vendors about availability.
Choose a Reliable Pharmacy -

Select a vendor by supported payment method.(Pay attention here unlike Amazon, you need to figure out how to get your money to the vendor so they will ship the product you want to buy.) Essentially there are a few ways. Use a money transfer application/service like Wise.com or Xe.com. Use Paypal, or use bitcoin. Most US resident have some familiarity with PayPal. Learning to use a money transfer program will give you the most vendor options. Bitcoin can be purchased from some platforms like Cashapp.

Verify the Medicine's Authenticity
"Ensure the pharmacy provides genuine medicines." For the vendors listed here we have never had any issues with quality of medicines. You will want to ask about medicine shelf life and expiration dates in passing. Typically a 6 month order should not have an issues with drug expiration dates. Do you want Brand Name or Generic? Xarelto and Eliquis don't have a generic in the US marketplace. In India, Canada and Mexico there is a generic. From India the generic option is less than 10 cents a tablet for both of these medicines.

Place Your Order
Contact the vendor via their email or whatsapps number with the details of your medicines, quantities and delivery address. Ask for a price quote. Provide any necessary prescription documents if required. Most of the time this is not requested. I suspect this is because not many people abuse the boring diabetes medicines.

Payment
Select a vendor by supported payment method. Net banking(Wise.com or Xe.com), Paypal or Bitcoin. In the olden days we all had Paypal. Europeans have been using this bank to bank transfer stuff while some of us still write checks. Xe.com/ wise.com/ remittly.com allow you to pay someone directly into their bank account. This is the preferred payment method of the Indian vendors. The vendors who take paypal charge a bit more for their products, or request more money to make up for the transfer fees. The bitcoin vendors, can take direct payment in bitcoin. If you use cashapp, you can send bitcoin with that after watching a youtube video on the process, of buying and sending bitcoin on cashapp.

Track Your Order
After placing the order, you will receive a tracking number. Use this to track the status of your shipment Tracking numbers from the Indian postal system can be tracked by either the US Post office or The Indian Post office website. Indian Consigment tracking will give better detail of your parcels transit in India and it's arrival at the JFK postal sorting facility. The US Postal Service website is better for the US portion of the packages travel.

- Known Vendors, but not risk free. These
vendors have completed a bunch of orders with me without
complications. If you have email and a
paypal account you have enough to order from 3 of the
vendors in the list. (Stella Pharmaceuticals, Express
Healthcare, and Wellness Wharehouse. ) They are
in India, and they don't want to get ripped off, they are
going to ask you to send friends and family.
This is why I tried to put together the known vendors
list. You are going to need to take a leap of faith.
There are additional risks- I asked a vendor to strip the medicine from the boxes to save on shipping costs. An FDA inspector seized the package, because the medicine was not correctly labeled.
Some EU countries the customs authority has asked the recipient to provide a prescription for the medicine they ordered. No prescription, no delivery, medicine seized for destruction.
Some vendors for a fee can obtain a prescription for you. I think it is better to order small, and see how it goes.
If a medicine is FDA approved for sale in the US, the FDA advises that importing the medicine is illegal. ( However enforcement of this is their lowest priority) If it is not approved by the FDA, there may be a compassionate use exemption.

Why this page? I tried posting this sort of information on Facebook and Reddit and drew moderator bans for "dealing drugs." The Meta system (Facebook and Instagram) allow their advertisers to sell medicine, but block the sharing of information related to you buying the offered medicines from overseas at substantial savings. As a guy, viagra generic is offered for 87 cents a tabletall day long on most social meidia platfroms. The same generic from India can be purchased for as little as 3 cents a tablet. For Rybelsus their are expensive indian pharmacies that pay shills to recommend them this is a scam.

Why order from India?
Medicines like Xarelto and Eliquis that are expensive in the United States can be ordered at a fraction of the cost from India. Go fund me has multiple people asking for donations to be able to afford these medicines. By ordering from India you are bypassing the US price.
